Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.
- Heat oil and butter, sear chicken until golden. Set aside.
- Sauté garlic, add broth, deglaze pan.
- Stir in cream and cheese, simmer 2–3 min.
- Add spices and sun-dried tomatoes, stir.
- Return chicken, simmer until sauce thickens. Garnish with basil.
