  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Flavorings
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Sauce
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
Garnish
  • 2 green onions sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Method
 

  1. Whisk orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until golden (~5–7 min).
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until thickened (~3–5 min).
  4. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
