  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts with any extra fat trimmed away

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan.
  4. Arrange chicken in dish, cover with sour cream mixture, top with remaining Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notas

For a crispier top, broil a little longer, but watch carefully to prevent burning.
