Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
- Toast garlic in the same skillet for about one minute.
- Mix ricotta, Parmesan, broth, and cream; whisk until smooth. Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
- Return chicken to sauce, then fold in cooked pasta and greens. Adjust with reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
