Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Add spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Notas
For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
