  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavored)
  • 1-2 lbs Chicken Breasts, boneless/skinless/diced
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 0.33 cup Sour Cream
  • 16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • to taste Salt/Pepper
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic Cloves, minced

Method
 

  1. Spray a 9x13 inch pan and preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture in the prepared pan.
  4. Prepare stuffing as per package instructions.
  5. Spread stuffing over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot!

Notas

For a richer flavor, add herbs like thyme or parsley.
